These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FlipDry’s websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding contract with us under applicable law.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Description of the Service

FlipDry provides an AI-powered assistant that helps you research immigration policies, requirements, timelines, and related information. The Service may include AI-generated text responses, example queries, and links to third-party sources.

The Service is designed as a research tool for professionals. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not replace your professional judgment or consultation with qualified legal counsel.

3. No Legal Advice; Information Only

  • AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and may not reflect the most current laws or policies.
  • You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it for client work, applications, or legal decisions.
  • Use of the Service does not create a lawyer–client, advisor–client, or fiduciary relationship between you and FlipDry.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Provide or upload unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to access the Service in an unauthorized manner.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or other users.
  • Use the Service to build competing products or models without our prior written consent.

5. User Content and License

You may submit queries, prompts, documents, or other content (“User Content”) to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant FlipDry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, process, and display User Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as identity providers (e.g., Google), analytics, hosting, or external immigration resources. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Fees, billing intervals, and plan limits will be described at the time of purchase.
  • You authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

We may change pricing or plan features from time to time; changes will apply to future billing periods, with notice where required.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the website design, branding, software, models, and content (excluding User Content and third-party content) are owned by FlipDry or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FLIPDRY OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) [CURRENCY]100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlipDry and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Melbourne Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne Australia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
