How do I get started with FlipDry?

Start from the home page and create an account or begin a free trial. Once you’re signed in, pick your destination country and (where needed) a state or region. From there, you can open the chat and ask any immigration question in plain language.

Do I need to know legal terminology to use FlipDry?

No. FlipDry is designed so that both professionals and individuals can use everyday language. You can type questions like “Can my spouse work on this visa?” or “What are the PR rules in Ontario?” and the system will interpret and answer using official sources.

What kind of questions can I ask the chat?

You can ask about visa eligibility, document requirements, processing times, policy changes, and more. For example, “What are the requirements for an Australian Partner visa?” or “How long does a UK Skilled Worker visa usually take to process?”.

Does FlipDry provide legal advice?

FlipDry is a research assistant, not a law firm. It helps you find and understand information from official sources faster, but it does not replace professional legal judgment. Always verify critical details and use your own expertise when advising clients.

How does the free trial work?

During the trial you can use FlipDry with a limited number of searches or days (depending on your plan). We’ll remind you before the trial ends, and you can upgrade, change plans, or stop using the product at any time.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes. From your account settings you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan. Changes usually apply from the next billing cycle according to the terms on the pricing page.

How does FlipDry handle my data and searches?

FlipDry stores your account and usage information so we can provide the service and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties. For details on retention and processing, please see the Privacy Policy page.

Are my client details visible to other users?

No. Your workspace and search history are private to your account or team. Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be used to improve FlipDry, but we do not expose individual client information to other customers.
